Trouble Shooting

Have you logged in to the BSAVA session website and yet you still can't access Congress MP3s?

If your computer is unable to accept/send "cookies", then you will not be able to access the site. Cookies are the only way we can ensure that only members of the BSAVA can access the MP3s. This poses absolutely no risk to your computer system.

Accepting cookies in Internet Explorer 6:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".
• Click the "Privacy" tab.
• Click the "Advanced" button.
• Click the checkbox for "Override automatic cookie handling".
• Click the checkbox for "Always allow session cookies", then click "OK".

Just setting the slider to "medium" in Privacy should also do the trick too. If you have a firewall, you may need to reduce its settings.
